Adidas Sandals

Adidas Sandals Aren't Limited to What They Used to Be

Adidas sandals have been around for a long time. Some of their retro styles are available today. Who can give up the traditional black with three white stripes? Or the blue ones that make people take a second look at your feet when you stroll past? Adidas sandals are a fun way to take a walk back to decades past.

Adidas Sandals

You shouldn't run in them; don't treat them as walking shoes, either. Adidas sandals aren't for basketball or baseball, or any other sport for that matter. They're for looking good and being comfortable doing it. If you're someone who likes to wear sporty attire when you're just hanging out around town, these are your shoes. They're known for their comfort, and complement blue jeans much better than stark white sneakers.

Great for on-the-go people, these sandals can be slipped into in no time and kicked off in a split second. In some cases, you can even adjust their fit based on whether you're wearing socks with them or not. For the record, these are almost the only sandals to be fashionably worn with socks.

A Brief History of Adidas

Adidas shoes have been around for over eighty years. Two brothers were the brains behind the company, later splitting into two companies--Puma and Adidas. Adidas sandals came on the scene much later than the original running shoes, but they're here to stay now. Adidas is one of the leaders in sportswear production.

Massaging Action for Your Achy Feet

The Adissage style has been around for years. There's a reason why! They're very similar to the original slides, but offer massaging nubs on the insole to soothe your aching feet.

Favorite Styles for Men and Women

Men

  • Like the old standby style, but want a little something different? The Supernova Slide 2 comes in white with silver accents and black with orange accents.
  • If you like sandals you can wear with socks or without, try the Chayassage, which is designed to fit whether you have socks on your feet or not, thanks to a hook-and-loop closure.
  • The Dakkano Vario looks very similar to a Birkenstock style.

Women

  • The Adissage comes in a black/pink combo here. It's a perfect spin on an old favorite. Plus, you get that foot massage you've owed yourself for months.
  • The Tureia Sport is a cushiony flip flop style.
  • Another pair of flip flops, the Leucadian is a beautiful shade of sea green.

All Day I Dream About Sandals

If this is you, you should definitely check out a couple of the links above, do a bit of research on your own and try on a few pairs of Adidas sandals for yourself. Sample the comfort, enjoy a foot massage as you walk around doing errands. They're the epitome of sporty slip-ons.
