Hello, I worked for Parade Of Shoes in Downtown Crossing in Boston, Ma in the mid 1990's ( parent company was J.Baker) First J Baker bought out Fava Shoes, and then when things started going down hill, Payless Shoes Store bought out Parade Of Shoes. The name of the store was kept but it was owned by Payless Shoes. In the beginng it was a great company to work for but then they started really treating the employees with disrespect, not paying fair wages...not paying holiday overtime.
