Waterproof Timberland Boots
Steel or soft toe; black, brown, or wheat--whatever your waterproof desires, you'll find options in Timberland boots.
Have you ever gone on a hunting or hiking trip after a rain? If you didn't have waterproof boots, that was probably not a pleasant experience! Waterproof boots keep the elements out, so your feet stay warm and dry.
Another case where you might want to consider waterproof boots is motorcycle riding. They can't do much for the rest of your body, but at least your feet and ankles will be dry. If you've already got a waterproof jacket, waterproof boots are a practical choice.
Also, unless you live in the Deep South, you're going to be presented with snow at some point. Many of Timberland's waterproof boots come with slip-resistant soles. Waterproof boots keep you as comfortable as possible when the weather gets you down.
Timberland Steel Toe Boots
Steel toe boots fit within both the workboot and sports workboot categories. You can get Timberland workboots in black, brown, rust, wheat, and nubuck.
Your feet probably take a beating at work, if nowhere else. Steel toe boots can make sure they stay as safe as possible. Drop things frequently? You'll lessen the need to, "Watch your toes!" if you're wearing a boot with a sheet of metal inside.
Construction workers are often required to wear steel toe boots. In other jobs, a steel toe boot just makes you feel safer.
Timberland Sports Workboots
These are available in Timberlands' traditional neutral colors. Steel or alloy toes are available in this version. Timberland boots in this category offer comfort, quality, and durability. The Men's TI-22 Alloy Toe Hiker Brown, for example, offers exceptional cushioning, energy return, temperature regulation, and protection. This boot, as well as most other Timberland sports workboots, also provides electrical hazard protection and superior traction due to rubber soles. If you need a boot that does it all for work and play, consider Timberland.
Custom Timberland Footwear
Men, women, and children can design their own boots at Timberland.com. They offer the choice of starting from scratch, using the original, or choosing an inspiration. When you start from scratch, you choose your stitching color, boot color, initial fonts, collar color, midsole, and sole.
Custom Timberland boots run around $175 for men and they're average height. Women can choose a 14-inch boot, about mid-calf height. Available options include hardware color, laces, initials, and colors. That particular pair runs about $180. Kids' sizes come in youth and juniors. If you're in a juniors size and choose to work with an inspiration, you can choose boot color, collar color, font color/style, sole, laces, and hardware. You'll originally choose one of their many customizable boots and build them from there.
