Roy, they did discontinue SAS a while ago. That information was provided to us by a kind reader below. It's difficult to find these shoes, that's for sure.
-- Contributed by: TsharmaNorbys today, 11-20-2009, said they DO NOT sell SAS shoes. It seems you have some bad information.
-- Contributed by: Roy BryantJ, thanks for your request. We aren't affiliated with SAS in any way - we only write about the products! You can find out more by calling the SAS customer service department at 1-877-782-7463. Good luck!
-- Contributed by: TsharmaI would like a SAS Shoe catalog to be sent to a friend who is almost 90 yrs. old. She loves your shoes.
-- Contributed by: SAS CatalogMarilyn, we're so glad you found the article helpful! SAS is probably one of the few shoe brands that almost everyone can agree is comfortable. Thanks for your kind comment!
-- Contributed by: TsharmaThe information on SAS shoe buying was very helpful and saved me a lot of time. I have been buying this brand for about 8 - 10 years but the cost and availability are so limited. Having a foot problem makes me appreciate why they do not allow their shoes to be sold without great care in sizing and fitting. Being in the dance music business, we see so many women "ruin" their feet by wearing inappropriate shoes that may fit the cultural mold, but do not fit the God-given foot mold! Thank you!
-- Contributed by: MarilynGeorge, that's too bad that the shoes appear to be falling apart a bit!
-- Contributed by: TsharmaMy wife has two pairs of SAS sandals that are several years old but still attractive: however, they are loosing a thin cover of the insole. The last few times she has worn them a thin layer of the cover has adhered to her feet.
-- Contributed by: GeorgeDave, thanks for the update on that. Hopefully another retailer will continue carrying the line. SAS shoes, while extremely comfy, are also pretty tough to find for many people.
-- Contributed by: TsharmaNorbys no longer carries SAS shoes for men
-- Contributed by: DaveLeigh, thanks for the update. Norbys states that some styles may be available by phone, so it's worth calling to find out if they have what you need in stock - a great idea for SAS fans who can't find their favorite shoes.
-- Contributed by: TsharmaJust wanted to let you know that Norbys no longer has them on their site.
-- Contributed by: LeighAllison, you should definitely send your feedback to the company. The link is below.
-- Contributed by: TsharmaThe only shoes I wear are Sas. Why do you not offer them online? I am not the only person not able to go shopping.
It seems Sas needs progress to keep up to the real world.
-- Contributed by: AllisonGrace, thanks for your question. I highly recommend contacting SAS directly. Please click here for information. Good luck!
-- Contributed by: Tsharmai would like to buy another pair of sneakers which i bought in florida, i am now in ct. could you let mme know nearest sas stores either in ct or r.i. thanks zip code o6355
-- Contributed by: grace malloyThanks for your comment, JCurren! People definitely are willing to go out of their way for their SAS shoes. They're that good!
-- Contributed by: TsharmaI love SAS shoes. Up till a couple of months ago I traveled an hour just to get a pair. Now they've opened one 15 mins away. They are right they feel great the minute you put them on and wear like iron.-- Contributed by: jcurren@aol.com
Tom, thanks for your comment. You are definitely not alone in that - I think many people agree that SAS is doing their longtime devotees a huge disservice by not offering their footwear more readily. Hopefully they'll hear the outcry and do something about it. Thanks again!
-- Contributed by: TsharmaNow this is just stupid - I don't mean this article, but SAS refusing to sell its shoes online. If you have bought the same SAS shoe in the same size everytime your old pair wore out since 1984, why do you have to waste your time travelling great lengths just to enter a brick and mortar store and try them on? WAKE UP SAS. You do not have extensive enough distribution nor are there nearly as many Mom & Pop family shoe stores out there any more. (Believe me, I know -- my family's stores closed in 2000. And I have not had a new pair of SAS shoes since.) How dumb can you be?
-- Contributed by: Tom BooneEJD, I'd recommend the same thing as I did below: contact the company directly. Click here. Good luck.
-- Contributed by: TsharmaI have a pair of SAS sandals and want to purchase something comfortable for the fall and winter months, however I cannot find a store in Michigan that sells this brand. Can someone help?
-- Contributed by: EJDThanks for your question! I would recommend visiting this link and getting in touch with SAS directly for assistance. Good luck.
-- Contributed by: Tsharmawhere can I find the closes store to me? I live in winslow Arkansas. zip code 72959

-- Contributed by: TsharmaG. White, thanks for your comment and correction! Hopefully this will help Beth.
-- Contributed by: Tsharmahow do I locate a sas store near me? The website is not very helpful.
-- Contributed by: Valerie`they do indeed have a catalog and will mail it to you along with a list of stores. Check out their website and click contact us.
-- Contributed by: G. WhiteBeth, SAS does not have a catalog. You can call their outlet store at (210) 494-1823 if you have any specific questions.
-- Contributed by: Tsharmawhee can I find a sas catolog?
-- Contributed by: beth owenT., thanks for your comment! You aren't alone - people REALLY love their SAS shoes! They enjoy a strong, positive reputation.
-- Contributed by: TsharmaI've been wearing SAS shoes for over 25 years and absolutely LOVE them. You can't find a better fitting comfortable shoe. They really last too, as a matter of a fact I just retired a pair of sandals that were 20 some odd years old. It nearly broke my heart!
