Daphne, would you be able to specify the type of flats you're looking for? I recently saw a whole shelf full of Coach flats at Loehmann's (at deeply discounted prices, by the way).

In general, once a shoe is gone from the Coach site, it's gone for good since almost every Coach item is seasonal. Your best bet might be eBay. Good luck finding those shoes!

hi. i'm looking for a flat shoes but it's not in the coach website. i've checked out the seattle outlet premium but they don't carry shoes only bags. where can i find the flats that i used to see in your website????

Lakeesha, try the Coach outlet store. I've also spotted the canvas sneakers at discount fashion stores like Loehmann's. Good luck!

Deborah, sorry to hear about your poor experience with Coach's Web site. If there is a Coach store nearby, you might want to visit to see if the boots are available there. In cases like this, I think a letter and/or phone call often leave a much stronger impression than an email. You're well within your rights to voice your concerns! Be careful on the coach website. I ordered their tatum boot and a month later it still had not arrived. When I contacted them, they said the size I ordered was no longer available. No email or phone call from them to let me know. The size I wanted is still available for order on their website, so don't place an order there if it is something you really need. It may not be coming and their customer service rates a zero to borderline fraud.
