Debbielee, I kind of love those boots, too! They're fabulous. I think I have some idea of the color laces you're looking for - and I will definitely keep looking. Maybe you could splurge on this pair since they're on sale :)

Oh my gosh they are the most beautiful boots ive ever seen!!!! They didnt have them for sale when i was looking! Mine are a dusky pink with a gold "vine" design & Skelliton butterfly running up the outside of each boot. Now youve got me wanting those lace ones!!!

Hello again, im hanging in there in hope you'll find something?? I have been to 3 shoe repair shops-even the "best one" in Christchurch NZ, the shop I brought my boots from-Revolution shoes use them but I kept getting the same answer-they didnt have a colour match and the ones they could order didnt come in the "Rose" colour either...

I'm still checking for you, Debbielee. You might have some luck contacting shoe repair stores - sometimes they have access to items that are not available for the general public to purchase. I'll update here if I do come across something.

Oh dear??? Now im worried? If some1 at DM cant get a zip, then who can?? I find it unbelievable that a pair of boots worth sooo much money are going to be no-good & un wearable less than a year later.... Please Please help me find a zip??? Everyly hopeful :-)

Debbielee, sorry for the delayed response to this. I checked around and even talked to someone at DM, but unfortunately zipper replacement is not too common in footwear and no one had any further information. I'll keep my eyes open for a zipper in that color and update as needed.

Truely??? youd be my hero if you could get hold of one-or maybe two or 3 incase it happens again!! Yes they are rose & im willing to spend whatever it takes to get my awesome Docs back on my feet! Thank you so much :-)

I brought a pair of "rose" color doc boots with a pattern on the side-less than one year later the zip on the inside of one boot has broken!! I took them to several shoe repairers but no-one can colour match the zip!! So I took it back to the shop i brought them from and after a week they told me they couldnt get a replacement zip either!!! so im left wondering what to do with my docs, as i cant wear them!!?? does anyone know how or where i might be able to get hold of a replacement zip??? That depends on the store's return policy, Sonja. Since the store doesn't seem to be in a position to do a return or exchange, you might want to contact the company directly. These shoes shouldn't fall apart - explain to them that you haven't owned them for very long and would like a replacement. Good luck!

We purchase a pair of Dr. Martens in the fall and the sole has come unsewn from the shoe. I took them back to the store and she does not know what to do with them. Will the company replace or should the store replace?
