what would you suggest as a high quality dye kit for my 1490, 10 eyelet boots...i want to go from lite funky blue to Black...i don't know why they made this color blue...I want black!

Hi Lacey, thanks for your comment! Wear what makes you comfortable - in other words, if you like the way something looks and feels, by all means wear it! You might consider a short denim skirt in lieu of shorts if you want to add a more feminine slant to this look. Pair it with a short-sleeve lacy blouse to pull off a more girlish look, or wear your favorite band's t-shirt if you want to go extra casual.

As for floaty skirts, it might help to try on various lengths to see what looks most appropriate. The contrast between stark Docs and sweet dresses is quite apparent, so you might find yourself pleasantly surprised by the various options these shoes present. Good luck!

Is it alright to wear them with shorts or does that just look stupid? Preferably jean shorts. And if you wear them with a floaty skirt, what's the longest it should be?
