I purchased a pair of Puma shoes on line. They sent converse shoes, wrong size, really ugly. Said I had to send them back and within 3-4 weeks they would be credited, or I could go driving around looking for the correct shoes at a Journey Store and try to exchange them. Their mistake, I have to go through all the time and expense to fix it. Not helpful, do not buy from them unless you want to get aggrevated.

MY DAUGHTER WORKS AT ONE OF THE JOURNEYS STORES, AND I HAVE A COMPLAINT. SHE RECEIVED A CALL YESTERDAY TELLING HER THAT SHE DIDN'T NEED TO COME IN BECAUSE IT WAS SLOW, AND THEN TODAY SHE RECEIVES A CALL SAYING THAT SHE IS ALLOWED TO COME BACK TILL 4/19 BECAUSE CORPORATE SAW THAT SHE WAS SCHEDULED BUT DIDN'T COME IN. IF ITS SLOW AND THERE ARE ALREADY 2 PEOPLE THERE AND YOU ARE TOLD TO STAY HOME BECAUSE YOU DON'T FEEL GOOD ANY WAY WHY SHOULD YOU GET IN TROUBLE? SHE HAS WENT IN ON SCHEDULED DAYS OFF TO COVER FOR OTHERS BEING SICK AND SHE WAS GOING TO GO IN YESTERDAY, BUT WAS TOLD NOT TO. I DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS POLICY PEOPLE DO GET SICK AND COVER FOR EACH OTHER. PEOPLE SHOULDN'T BE REQUIRED TO GO IN WHEN THEY ARE ILL AND ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY HAVE DOCTORS NOTES SAYING THAT THEY CANT WORK TIL A CERTAIN DATE, OR EVEN IT THEY HAVE JUST THE FLU AND HAVEN'T WENT TO THE DOCTOR.
