I bought a pair almost 2 years ago. Premier Leather - the stitching is coming out of the strap and bottom layer is starting to seperate.

The store I bought them at said I could return them if they broke or wore out, when I took them today they said I had to go online and do it.

Please let me know what my next step is.

I love my rainbows. But mine just broke. The strap completely tore off. Isn't there a lifetime guarantee? And how do I get my new pair?

I have several pair of your flip flops and have convinced many others to purchase a pair..I have a problem though my favorite pair I have had for 2yrs are tearing up. The straps are coming completely apart.. What can you do about this?? Please help..
