Teresa, sorry to hear about your bad experience with SAS!

My black sandals have only been worn 10 times and I have to toss them as the panty hose stick to them to the point of tearing up the "leather"!! I brought them in to the SAS store and the man said no go and he can't replace them. I am a Nordstrom gal and know how they stand by their product yet all I wanted from him is to tell me how to wear the. I had the knee high stuck to the sandal and he couldn't show me how to tear it off without doing damage to the so called "leather". Fo that price it should be real leather. I am not a happy camper. Paul, thanks for your question! I'm pretty sure it would be tough to find that information online, but you might have some success by getting in touch with the podiatrist who measured you and ordered the shoes. Good luck.

Sometime back, maybe 2000, I went to a podiatrist in Frederick, MD, who measured my leg length differential and ordered me a pair of orthopedic shoes. They are very used by now and the only way I knew they were SAS is because I looked on the bottom of the sole and saw SAS (pretty worn down. Is there anyway of checking records archives to find the measurements? I have a new perscription, but without measurements.

I buy SAS shoes all the time. But why don't you make boots? I'm sure you could sell a lot of them.

Liz, that's great. I've heard many stories similar to yours about professionals who spend all day on their feet. SAS usually does the trick and manages to keep people comfy despite those long hours.

these are the best shoes out there. Found them when my mothers podiatrist told her to get them for her severe foot problems. Visited the factory when in San Antonio, and bought at a discount in their store there. They are the only shoe which I can wear all day and not have my back hurt(I had lower back surgery 2 years ago) They make a much larger variety than most stores carry.

When I try to go on the SAS link I get a 404 error message. Im looking for a SAS retail outlet in central Florida.

I'm afraid I'm not familiar with this product, H. Tarr. You may want to search eBay.

Can anyone tell me where I can buy SAS shoe care Scuffit?

Kathy, that's a sparkling testimonial for SAS! Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts.

I LOVE my SAS shoes! I have worn them for years and they are always my first choice!! There is little if no 'break-in' time, unlike with other manufacturers. My philosophy is "if mom's not happy, no one is happy" and if my feet aren't happy, neither am I. SAS makes my feet happy!

Mildon, perhaps the cut of the shoe is a bit snug. Whatever the root cause might be, it's important to kick off those shoes and start wearing something more comfortable! If you're on your feet for so long every day, there's no reason to suffer. Do some test runs with various SAS shoes and see how they treat your feet. Good luck.

Wow, Sandy - that's a real testament to the enduring quality of SAS shoes! I don't think I've ever worn a pair for nearly 10 years. Thanks for sharing with us.

i have worn sas shoes for years it is the only thing i wear, but the last pair i just bought are not the same, they have been killing my feet no matter what i do, and i am on my feet 12 hours a day 7 days a week, what is the problem with them, for the price i feel i should be comfortable, if this is the way they are going to be it is the last pair i will buy and i have been wearing them for over 20 years

I bought my first pair of SAS sandals (Huggy) about 10 years ago when I was in my 30's.(I affectionately called them my "old lady shoes.") I have just now had to replace them, not because the shoe itself wore out, but because the elastic finally did. Yes, they were $128, but the orthodic sandals my chiropractor recommended would have been $350. No, they aren't the most "dainty" or stylish sandals, but I've totally embraced sensible shoes and dressing for comfort. I love them so much, I think I'll look into a pair of the dressier SAS to wear at work.

Hello, I want to let you know how disappointed I'am. I wore your shoes for a few months and my feet were right back to being tired and hurting. At first they were fine but after awhile they wore out. I paid $139.00 plus for them. It seems they should of lasted more than a few months. I don't mind spending the money of good quality but they were not worth it. I also tried arch supports for another $65.00. So that's roughly around $200.00 of wasted money. I sorry to have to tell you this, but I won't be spending anymore money on SAS shoes. Sincerly. Bonnie Wright.
