Clauri, thanks for your comment. If I understand correctly, the shoes you purchase are too big for you. I know it can be tough to find smaller sizes in adult departments. Try Zappos.com, Shoes.com and Cinderella of Boston for outstanding selections in smaller sizes. Hope you find what you need!

-- Contributed by: please need helpNo worries, Laura. There are a number of quick fixes for scuff marks that can probably be found right in the comfort of your own home (or, failing that, at the drugstore). A bit of rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover, rubbed vigorously into the marks, will usually do the trick. You can give the shoes a new look by investing in a shoe shine kit - it's cheaper than buying a new pair of shoes! Hope this helps.
-- Contributed by: TsharmaI have some high heels that i borrowed from a friend. They are black shiny, I don't know if they are leather. I not only scuffed them, but i rubbed the shiny part right off about the size of a quarter. They are special to her because they are wide and hard to find. Is there anyway for me to get these fixed so i don't have to fork over $100 to get her a new pair? Please Help!!
-- Contributed by: Laura S.June, that's a tough task, but might be possible by a skilled repairman. The problem is that the shoe's heel must remain in balance with the sole, or you'll undoubtedly experience some discomfort! Cutting a heel too much is not recommended, but a small amount might be possible. Take your shoes to a repair service for the best advice.
-- Contributed by: TsharmaCan a 3" heel be shortened to a 2 1/2 or 2 3/4 one?
