Barbara, I'm so sorry to hear that. Since the Dollface shoes are mules, you can easily slip a full insole inside the shoe. This will prevent your feet and stockings from being exposed to the bleeding color. Note that you can even use this on the shoe's upper! Just cut it to the right length and affix it inside.

I've got brown Dollface in the summer-love it. I bought Dollface in black the other day-what a mistake! The color is bleeding so bedly, i ruined pair of stockings, my feet are stained. I wonder how I can stop the staining from happening.

I purchased a pair of White Mountain "GoldMine" sandals. They broke on the second day!! I have no idea how to conact the company. Their website offers NO phone number. Does anyone have their number? Thank you!!!

How depressing... Years ago I used to love my Fatima sandals, I could walk for days on end. Of course something has changed, the quality. The insoles used to be real suede, now it is a "man-made insole"... which makes for a very uncomfortable synthetic experience. Too bad, I truly was so passionate about these sandals, I must have bought at least 5 pair before the change, but now I will never buy them again.

I had bought a beautiful pair of White Mountain shoes that I loved. The upper portion of the the leather has a great cut out design. However, after only a very few wearings, my big toes are now sticking out of those openings. Large holes have opened by the toes. (The style is DEEKA in bronze.) I've tried to get information on how to contact the company to complain, but there is no contact info. on the website and I can't get a phone number. Can you help?

Barb, sorry to hear your shoes aren't performing to the standards you expect of White Mountain. While ownership hasn't changed, it's possible something in the manufacturing process has, or it's just possible your most recent pair is a fluke.

I have 5 pair of white mt sandals - some go back about 6 years...all the same style. My recent purchases are very disappointing - the "fabric", I guess called the innersole is curling - I have to keep glueing them as it's uncomfortable. My original shoes are just fine...something's different. hmmm. any suggestions?

I bought White Mountain Sandles, Brand name is Carley and after 4 weeks of wearing them the inner linning has rolled up at the toes and is coming apart at the heels. I can actually fold back the inner linning to the middle of the sandle. I bought these at Gottschalks in Stockton, Ca on May 31, 2008 and by June 29th they look all worn out. The number on my billing for the sandles is 0213190007. I went back to the store and they gave me the Brand name so I can notify your office for assistance. Thank you
